Availability of any item is not guaranteed. Supply chains have been affected by uncertainty. Some items needed to be procured at prices above current market rates.

Any tariffs, unpaid taxes, transportation costs or other fees incurred in transit to the end user are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user.

Unfortunately, the U.S. Government has instituted tariffs ad valorem duty on thousands of items imported into the United States. These amounts vary drastically by country and can be changed at any time without notice. Hence, until further notice, Hang-Ups Unlimited can no longer absorb the amount of the tariffs. We will continue to absorb a portion of this tariff, if possible. The reciprocal tariffs are also adding to the costs, as many items contain parts from multiple countries. In the hopes that this tariff will be rescinded in the near future, we are instituting a surcharge as a separate line item, as opposed to a distortion of our pricing. Those amounts are also subject to change and are calculated at the time of shipment to the end user.  In order to be fully transparent to our customers, Quotes, Sales orders and Invoices, that include an affected product, will see a separate line item, TST, Ad Valorem Tariff Surcharge equal to an amount on the affected items. The quoted surcharge, on a quote can change by the time the order is shipped and invoiced.
